brought out a mat for this one. when i taught PE at small rural school i was nervous to say yoga mat- also nothing is a bigger buzzkill for a 3rd grade boy than the word "yoga" so i called them stretch islands. anyway you don't neeeeed one for this very real pep talk with just a bit of movement and a lot of honesty. let's hang for about 20 minutes and maybe feel 5-20% better, results vary AF. love you thank you and reminder that 50% of proceeds go to Doctors Without Borders.
